Overview

AMBOSS is seeking a Junior Clinical Engagement Representative to support their B2B sales team in the DACH region. You'll engage with hospitals to build partnerships and enhance clinical support. A medical degree is required for this role.

Job Description

Who you are

You have recently completed your medical degree and are eager to apply your knowledge in a practical setting. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are motivated to support clinical staff in providing the best patient care possible. Your experience with AMBOSS gives you a unique perspective on how our solutions can benefit healthcare professionals. You are proactive and enjoy taking the initiative to plan projects and events that can enhance our partnerships with hospitals. You are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders and can effectively convey the value of our offerings to decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with your team to identify potential hospital partners in the DACH region that do not yet offer a clinic license to their staff. You will reach out to active users and relevant decision-makers to establish strong relationships. Depending on the target audience, you will conduct needs assessments and create effective presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each hospital partner. You will serve as a liaison between medical professionals and the various teams within AMBOSS, including Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing. Your close connection with clinical staff will enable you to independently plan projects and events that promote AMBOSS's mission and values. You will ensure that hospitals feel well-supported from the initial contact through the development of long-term partnerships.
