Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager of Account Management to lead a team focused on retaining and growing their commercial customer base. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to drive revenue execution and manage a large portfolio of business.
You have over 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive customer success. Your background includes managing a significant portfolio of clients, where you've successfully retained and expanded business through strategic initiatives and effective coaching. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey customer feedback to product development. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and improve team performance. Your leadership style emphasizes operational rigor and high-leverage coaching, ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success metrics and revenue growth strategies. You are comfortable negotiating commercial terms and have a track record of achieving renewal and expansion goals. A background in working closely with product teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps will set you apart.
