Overview

Oscar is hiring a Workforce Management Analyst to join their Clinical Operations team. You'll be responsible for real-time monitoring of staffing and performance to achieve daily KPIs. This role is remote and based in Dallas, Texas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the real-time monitoring of incoming volume and staff performance across multiple queues. You will analyze data to make informed decisions about staffing adjustments and resource allocation to meet daily KPIs. You will maintain a deep understanding of Oscar's business priorities and operational requirements, ensuring that you can respond effectively to changing conditions. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations team to optimize staffing and improve overall efficiency. Your role will involve constant communication with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals and performance metrics. You will also participate in ongoing analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce management practices.

What we offer

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $56,880 to $74,655 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to participate in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and be eligible for annual performance bonuses.
