Crusoe is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex, multi-phase construction projects for AI data centers. You'll oversee various construction phases and manage multiple contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This role requires extensive experience in construction management.
You have over 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in leading large-scale projects. Your expertise spans civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, allowing you to navigate complex construction environments effectively. You excel in leadership and coordination, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and on schedule. You are adept at managing multiple contractors and resolving field issues as they arise, maintaining a focus on quality and safety throughout the construction process. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
