What you'll do

As a Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for early talent. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and coordinating campus recruitment events. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your role will involve engaging with candidates, providing them with information about the company and the positions available, and guiding them through the application process.
