You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Your ability to identify and recruit high-potential selling partners is complemented by your data-driven approach to optimizing their performance. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with new selling partners and provide them with insights and advice that drive their success. Your analytical mindset enables you to incorporate feedback from selling partners into actionable improvements for Amazonโ€™s products and services. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of small and medium-sized businesses.

Experience in a similar role within the e-commerce sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis tools that can help you derive insights from performance metrics. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial, as you will need to prioritize and lead a pipeline of selling partners effectively.

What you'll do

As a Key Accounts Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential selling partners from a large portfolio of accounts. You will lead the onboarding process for these partners, ensuring they are set up for success on the Amazon marketplace. Your role will involve delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across selected product families.

You will act as a business partner for new selling partners, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their performance. This includes analyzing their sales data, identifying trends, and recommending strategies to enhance their visibility and sales on the platform. You will also be responsible for incorporating feedback from selling partners into new opportunities to improve Amazonโ€™s products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all third-party selling partners.

In this role, you will need to navigate a competitive and ever-changing business climate, developing original ideas and approaches to drive success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the needs of selling partners are met and that they have the resources necessary to thrive on the platform.
