Who you are

You have experience in a similar environment, ideally in warehouse or operations management, which has equipped you with the skills to supervise and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You are fluent in Italian and possess basic English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Your willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week demonstrates your commitment to the role and the team.

What you'll do

As a Warehouse Site Leader, you will be the beating heart of our daily operations, working closely with the management team to maximize customer satisfaction. You will supervise that all orders are picked up on time, ensuring that our loyal customers receive their basic necessities as quickly as possible. Managing store openings and closures will be part of your responsibilities, as well as communicating with our riders to ensure prompt deliveries. You will oversee the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders, ensuring that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded. Attention to detail is crucial as you will empty deliveries according to procedure, ensuring accuracy in product positioning and date rotation. You will also ensure that inventory counts are accurate and that all areas are counted, collaborating with the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to maintain the proper functioning of the site. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times and addressing any hazards promptly will be essential to your role.
