Overview

Yubico is seeking a Senior Production & R&D Business Controller to act as a key business partner primarily to Manufacturing and Supply Chain, as well as R&D and Engineering. This role involves managing inventory valuation, standard costing, and COGS analysis.

Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and business control, with experience in production and R&D environments. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage inventory valuation and standard costing effectively. You understand the intricacies of COGS analysis and are adept at tracking slow movers and scrap. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that financial processes align with the company's strategic goals. You are comfortable with international collaboration and may be open to travel as needed.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly in hardware or security, would be a plus. Familiarity with financial software and tools that enhance reporting and analysis is also desirable. A background in working with global teams can help you navigate the diverse challenges of this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, providing insights that drive operational efficiency and cost management.
