Uber is hiring Health Support Specialists to provide high-quality support to clients and manage relationships. You'll work with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite in Phoenix.
You have at least 6 months of experience in a Sales or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, where you've developed skills in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, enables you to communicate effectively and manage data efficiently. You possess exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills, which are crucial for engaging with clients and understanding their needs. Your strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills allow you to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus, as is knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance, particularly if you have prior experience in the health, medical, or pharmaceutical field.
In this role, you will provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly. You will engage in lead generation and prospecting, uncovering prospects' business challenges and highlighting the value proposition of Uber's services. Your responsibilities will include selling to, onboarding, and managing relationships with clients, as well as communicating with them over various mediums. You will identify best practices for sales and support the team with campaign and prioritization management. Additionally, you will partner with internal teams to drive business recommendations and manage large or high-revenue segments. Upskilling team members through consolidating best practices will also be part of your role, contributing to the overall success of the Community Operations organization.
