Cribl is seeking a Sales Director for the Western Region to lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers. You'll focus on talent acquisition and account expansion, driving significant sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer success.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in the SLED (State, Local, Education) sector. Your ability to attract and develop top talent is complemented by your strategic mindset, enabling you to create effective business plans that exceed sales goals. You understand the nuances of the sales ecosystem, from generating leads to closing deals, and you are adept at managing diverse teams across various geographies. Experience in a remote-first environment is a plus, as is familiarity with data solutions and IT security.
