You have experience in adopting best practices such as writing clean and reusable code using Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and design patterns. Your deep technical knowledge allows you to solve complex business problems effectively. You proactively assess your team’s health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements, ensuring that the software you develop meets high standards.

Desirable

You are familiar with continuous delivery practices and understand how to deliver high-quality software that provides value to end customers as early as possible. Your experience in creating large-scale distributed systems out of microservices is a significant asset. You thrive in collaborative, value-driven teams and are passionate about building innovative customer experiences for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers to design software solutions that address client needs. You will leverage your technical expertise to write clean and iterative code, ensuring that the software you develop is robust and maintainable. You will advocate for best engineering practices within your team, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

You will engage in pair programming and utilize TDD to ensure that your code is reliable and meets the requirements set forth by stakeholders. Your role will involve creating large-scale distributed systems using microservices architecture, allowing for flexibility and scalability in the solutions you develop.

As a Senior Developer, you will also mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers. You will foster an environment of collaboration and respect, encouraging open discussions and healthy debates to drive the team toward success.
