Google is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Display and Video 360 to lead digital advertising solutions. You'll work with Google Ads and Google Analytics to optimize client campaigns. This role requires 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and fluency in English and Cantonese.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing solutions. Your background includes implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and you have a strong client-facing experience, having worked with partners across multiple levels for 4 years. You are fluent in both English and Cantonese, which allows you to effectively support client management in the Hong Kong market. Your expertise includes optimizing and troubleshooting in DV360 or similar demand-side platforms, and you have a solid understanding of offline media, brand lift, and marketing measurement techniques such as MMM and MTA.
You possess excellent presentation skills and can communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally. Your business judgment is sharp, and you have a deep knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising platforms. You are driven by a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change.
Experience working with external media agencies and internal cross-functional teams is a plus. You have a knack for drawing insights from multiple data sources and can provide data-motivated recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on your analysis. Your ability to collaborate effectively with in-market sales teams to create growth strategies for potential advertisers is highly valued.
In this role, you will lead the Display and Video 360 programmatic initiatives at Google Ads, focusing on optimizing digital advertising solutions for clients. You will be responsible for implementing and measuring the success of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring that they meet client expectations and drive results. Your role will involve working closely with external media agencies and internal teams to develop and execute multi-product solution promotions.
You will analyze data from various sources to deliver actionable insights that inform advertising strategies. Collaborating with in-market sales teams, you will create growth strategies tailored to potential advertisers, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Cantonese will be crucial in managing client relationships and ensuring their success.
You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns in DV360, ensuring that all advertising efforts are running smoothly and efficiently. Your insights will help shape the direction of advertising strategies, and you will play a key role in driving change across teams based on your findings.
