Benchling is hiring a Solution Consultant to lead solutions for their largest customers in the biotechnology sector. You'll work closely with sales and product teams to develop optimal solutions using enterprise SaaS technologies. This role requires experience in life sciences R&D processes.
You have a strong background in life sciences R&D processes and scientific concepts, with experience in enterprise SaaS solutions. You are adept at working with both internal and external leaders and stakeholders, establishing credibility and confidence from the first meeting. Your communication skills allow you to effectively partner with sales leadership, account executives, and product leaders to present the best solutions to customers. You thrive in a pre-sales environment, where you can leverage your technical expertise to drive value for clients. You are comfortable interfacing with complex enterprise IT environments and have a knack for developing solutions that integrate seamlessly with other vendor solutions and lab instruments.
Experience in the biotechnology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cutting-edge technologies that can enhance R&D processes. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to create impactful solutions. A background in consulting or customer-facing roles will help you excel in this position.
As a Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our largest customers and prospects, working closely with them to understand their unique needs and challenges. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biotechnology, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to clients. Your ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in helping clients understand how Benchling can enhance their R&D efforts. You will participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities of our platform.
