Who you are

You have at least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of automotive issues. Your expertise includes performing general automotive repairs such as working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are skilled in completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and you have experience with vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work overtime when necessary to meet customer needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light to medium automotive repairs on our vehicles. This includes diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, ensuring that all repairs meet safety and quality standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out your work efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians and help them develop their skills through training programs. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are repaired in a timely manner, contributing to the overall success of the company.
