What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Observability group, where your primary responsibility will be to build tools that monitor and measure infrastructure and microservices. You will focus on creating a seamless developer experience, ensuring that the tools you develop are user-friendly and effective. Your contributions will help in understanding and preventing incidents through innovative tooling and automation.

You will collaborate closely with other segments of the Platform Engineering domain to provide self-service platforms that enable teams to build, deploy, and monitor their applications easily. Your work will involve implementing processes that are centered around people, ensuring that the tools you create not only meet technical requirements but also enhance user satisfaction.

As part of your responsibilities, you will engage in incident management, utilizing your skills to analyze and resolve issues effectively. You will also be involved in capacity planning and ensuring that the infrastructure can handle the demands placed upon it. Your role will require you to think critically and act swiftly to maintain the high standards expected in a cloud-hosted banking environment.
