Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in contract management, ideally with a focus on commercial agreements and legal compliance. Your background includes drafting, negotiating, and managing various types of contracts, including software licenses and service agreements. You are comfortable working autonomously and making decisions regarding contractual positions, including data privacy and liability terms. You possess strong analytical skills to identify potential legal issues and provide sound advice to internal teams. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. You are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of corporate policies and legal frameworks that govern commercial transactions.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with software agreements is a plus. Familiarity with international contract law and the ability to guide teams on legal matters related to revenue generation would be beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in the legal field will set you apart.

What you'll do

You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Contracts to ensure that all agreements align with corporate policies and legal standards. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts for intellectual property concerns, revenue recognition issues, and non-standard obligations. You will provide guidance to sales and marketing teams on contractual matters, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the US Legal team to address various legal issues as they arise, ensuring that all contractual activities are compliant and strategically sound. You will also play a key role in advising international teams on legal matters related to driving revenue, making your contributions vital to the company's success.

You will have access to life, accident, and disability coverage, as well as business travel accident insurance and employee assistance programs.
