Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly within technology and operations environments. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. You are adept at identifying areas for improvement and driving change through technology initiatives.

You possess a strong understanding of Amazon's operational systems and are committed to optimizing processes to support business growth. Your expertise in AWS allows you to influence technology decisions and ensure that the tools developed meet the needs of the field.

You are a proactive communicator who can articulate business requirements clearly to technical teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with various stakeholders to achieve common goals. Your analytical mindset helps you highlight business risks and impacts effectively.

Desirable

Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools and methodologies. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform decision-making processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and implement processes that ensure the delivery of best-in-class technology solutions to Amazon's delivery stations. You will partner with the tech organization to create business requirement documents (BRDs) that guide software design and development.

You will be responsible for prioritizing technology initiatives that align with operational goals and customer needs. Your role will involve driving innovation at the operator level, ensuring that the technology implemented reduces process complexity and enhances efficiency.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to support the design and development of tools that automate decision-making processes. Your insights will be crucial in optimizing existing technology and reinventing processes to deliver robust solutions.

You will also be expected to travel approximately 25% of the time to North American delivery stations, where you will engage with teams on the ground to understand their needs and gather feedback on technology implementations.
