You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in managing high-performing teams. Your expertise lies in developing and executing sales strategies that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth. You understand the nuances of the Central European market and have experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You have a passion for coaching and developing talent, ensuring your team members reach their full potential. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and optimize team performance.
Experience in the data and AI space is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. You have a knack for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance team productivity. A background in technology sales or a related field will help you succeed in this role.
As the Senior Manager of Sales Development, you will take the lead in building and scaling a high-performing team dedicated to pipeline generation in Central Europe.
