BillionToOne is seeking a Senior Commercial Recruiter to lead high-impact hiring for their Prenatal commercial organization. You'll partner with commercial leadership to manage end-to-end recruiting for sales and customer-facing roles. This position requires experience in high-volume sales environments and exposure to laboratory diagnostics or life sciences.
You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume sales environments, and you thrive in fast-paced settings where quality is paramount. Your background includes exposure to laboratory diagnostics and/or life sciences, making you well-equipped to understand the nuances of hiring in this field. You are a strategic partner to commercial leadership, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective, while also providing an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Experience in recruiting for sales leadership roles is a plus, as is familiarity with the prenatal diagnostics market. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry and can articulate the value of the roles you are filling to potential candidates. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting process for the Prenatal commercial organization at BillionToOne. You will collaborate closely with commercial leadership to identify hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will be responsible for creating job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities, as well as the culture of BillionToOne. You will leverage various sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates, utilizing your network and industry knowledge to find the best fits for the team. You will also conduct thorough reference checks and negotiate offers, ensuring that candidates are well-informed and excited about joining the company.
