As a Data Center Operations Technician, you will be the first line of support for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues. You will work diligently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) against assigned trouble tickets, following a directed workflow to ensure timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include performing regular server hardware repairs, such as replacing drives and motherboards, as well as carrying out routine network and operating system-related repairs. You will engage with cross-functional teams regularly to complete routine work and collaborate with Smart Hands in EU Regional Points of Presence (POPs). Your role is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of AWS data centers, ensuring that customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
