As a Finance Assistant at Apadmi, you will play a key supporting role in managing the purchase ledger and processing transactions accurately. You will ensure smooth operations by ordering supplies and preparing payment runs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department. Supporting sales processes will be part of your responsibilities, where you will raise invoices and assist with credit chasing under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will also be the go-to problem solver for finance-related queries across the business, maintaining accurate records by managing and updating the asset register. Staying on top of cash flow will be crucial, as you will conduct daily bank reconciliations and weekly cash forecasts. Additionally, you will support the wider team with various administrative tasks, from processing documents to maintaining the contract database.
