Verkada is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer experience through technical expertise and pre-sales support. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders and the sales team to design effective solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate customer requirements.
You have a strong technical background and experience in pre-sales engineering, making you a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders such as CTOs, CISOs, and IT Executives. You excel at understanding customer requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams ensures that customer opportunities are assessed and qualified effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn quickly, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
Experience in cloud physical security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. A background in security engineering or network engineering would be beneficial, as it aligns with the needs of our customers.
As a Solutions Engineer at Verkada, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience from the proof-of-concept stage to the final decision. You will utilize your technical expertise to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will assess and qualify customer opportunities, ensuring that the solutions proposed align with their expectations and requirements.
