What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of Stripe's benefits and time away programs, which includes conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. You will be responsible for plan design, vendor selection and management, and overseeing annual renewals and negotiations. Effective communication will be key as you work to ensure that employees understand their benefits and how to utilize them. You will also focus on continuous improvement of benefits offerings, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of Stripe's global workforce. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will drive strategic planning initiatives that align with the company's mission and values. Your role will involve analyzing data to forecast financial impacts and making recommendations for enhancements to the benefits strategy.
