What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers both on the driveway and in the local community, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the purchasing process. You will also participate in community events to promote Carvana and enhance brand visibility.
