Mozilla is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Security to lead a team of security engineers focused on enhancing the security posture of the enterprise. This role requires expertise in enterprise application, endpoint, data, and infrastructure security.
You have extensive experience in security engineering, particularly in the enterprise domain, and have a proven track record of leading teams to enhance security measures. You understand the complexities of enterprise application security and have a strategic mindset to drive initiatives that improve security posture. Your background includes working with various security frameworks and tools, and you are adept at navigating the challenges of securing data and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with organizational goals. You are passionate about building a safe and secure internet and are committed to Mozilla's mission of improving the online experience for users.
Experience with compliance frameworks and governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) processes would be beneficial. Familiarity with security tools and technologies, as well as a background in software development, can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will lead a team of security engineers within the Enterprise Security function, focusing on strategic and operational initiatives that enhance the security posture of Mozilla's enterprise environment. You will spearhead efforts in enterprise application security, endpoint protection, data security, and infrastructure security, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with Mozilla's mission to create a safer internet. You will collaborate closely with product teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a priority from the outset. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization, and you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team to achieve their full potential. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate security risks and strategies effectively, ensuring that security considerations are integrated into business decisions.
