What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing immediate responses to customer inquiries and supporting current installed customers. You will act as a vital link between customers and the InterSystems Global Support organization, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed. Your responsibilities will include application support for the TrakCare Hospital Management System, where you will utilize your expertise to assist customers in navigating the application effectively. You will also engage in requirements scoping, field design documentation, and change request testing to enhance the product's functionality and user experience.
