What you'll do

In this role, you will support the execution and monitoring of essential daily and event-driven operational processes across inbound and outbound portfolio transfers, including stocks, ETFs, and cash. You will assist with reviewing transfer requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate stock, ETF, and cash transfers by communicating daily with brokers and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Additionally, you will support client queries regarding transfer status and help ensure timely resolutions in collaboration with Customer Support. Your contributions will be vital in delivering a seamless customer experience and maintaining the high standards of Trading212.
