What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the CLX IRMA team, you will play a crucial role in designing and building Clear Street’s core platform for managing institutional client data. You will be responsible for developing scalable services that capture, validate, and distribute client-related data, ensuring that downstream systems like trading, clearing, settlement, and compliance have accurate and timely information. You will work on challenging system design problems, balancing trade-offs in scale and performance while implementing clean and efficient code. Your contributions will directly impact how Clear Street interacts with its clients and enhances their experience.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the platform.
