Dialpad is seeking a Senior Account Executive for their CcaaS Overlay team to drive the adoption of their Contact Center platform. You'll collaborate with new business teams to qualify and close opportunities. This role requires strong ambition and a customer-focused mindset.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and possess the ambition and drive to exceed targets. Your experience includes working closely with teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You are scrappy, curious, optimistic, persistent, and empathetic — traits that align with Dialpad's mission to elevate customer conversations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to leverage AI-driven insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the accelerated adoption of Dialpad's Contact Center platform among new and existing customers. You will work closely with the frontline new business Account Executive team to respond to inquiries, qualify leads, pitch solutions, and close deals. Your role will involve creating an efficient sales process by leading coaching sessions and sharing insights that drive success. You will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from Dialpad's offerings.
