What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Trust & Safety team, developing and implementing policies that ensure a safe and secure environment for learners and educators on the Outschool platform. You will analyze safety incidents and trends, using data to inform improvements and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate safety features into the platform, ensuring that safety is a priority in all aspects of the user experience. You will also engage with the community, providing resources and support to help users navigate safety concerns effectively. Your role will involve training and mentoring team members, fostering a proactive approach to trust and safety across the organization. You will represent Outschool in discussions with external stakeholders, advocating for best practices in online safety and education.
