What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, ensuring that production targets are consistently met. You will be responsible for planning production for full working shifts and managing facilities in the absence of the General Manager. You will conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership, reporting on site performance versus targets and identifying challenges. You will guide daily huddles with site managers to establish priorities and tone for the day. Additionally, you will aid in executing Continuous Improvement projects, implementing process changes, and training staff on new procedures. Your leadership will embody Carvana's values, promoting effective teamwork and communication on the shop floor while ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
