Google is seeking a Global Product Solutions Lead for Local Ads to drive product strategy and sales activation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to develop impactful advertising solutions. This role requires 4+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management within the technology sector. Your background includes working closely with Product Management or Engineering teams, as well as engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You possess a strong ability to develop business strategies and manage complex cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
You excel in influencing executive leaders through sound judgment and data-driven insights. Your ability to drive impact in fluid environments is complemented by your excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas in both practitioner and executive-level contexts. You have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of online media, which fuels your commitment to maximizing customer success.
In this role, you will lead the rollout of product features and capabilities for Local Ads, executing a successful sales activation strategy. You will develop communications for both internal and external partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your responsibilities will include creating sales materials such as narratives, pitch decks, and case studies, while partnering with go-to-market teams to drive internal and external commercialization of Google’s advertising solutions.
You will help define success metrics and track product adoption and business impact, ensuring that the initiatives you lead are effective and aligned with Google's strategic goals. Your role will involve building trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs, and translating those needs into powerful solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals. You will work collaboratively with sellers and other teams to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users who rely on Google.
