Saviynt is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on empowering Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute high-impact enablement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for enabling sales teams.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for enabling sales teams. You understand the importance of providing the right resources, tools, and support to ensure the success of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations, to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
You have experience in sales enablement or a related field, where you have successfully executed enablement programs that empower sales teams. You are adept at developing comprehensive frameworks that equip sellers with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively communicate value to customers. You are committed to fostering engagement and continuous learning within the sales ecosystem.
Experience in the technology sector or with AI-powered platforms is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using various tools and technologies to support enablement initiatives and track their effectiveness.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Enablement and be responsible for the tactical execution and operational support of enablement programs. You will collaborate with the Sales Enablement Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the capabilities of SDRs and CSMs. Your focus will be on creating and delivering training materials, resources, and tools that drive performance and improve customer outcomes.
You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and value propositions. By analyzing performance metrics and feedback, you will continuously refine enablement programs to meet the evolving needs of the sales organization. You will also facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.
Your role will involve gathering insights from the sales team to identify gaps in knowledge and resources, allowing you to tailor enablement initiatives effectively. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization, ensuring that team members are equipped to succeed in their roles.
