TripActions is seeking a Principal Sales Recruiter to lead the recruitment of top-tier Enterprise sales talent across the US, focusing on the East Coast. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for high-growth environments.
You have over 3 years of experience successfully recruiting enterprise sales talent in a high-growth, fast-paced company — you know how to identify and attract elite sales professionals who can drive significant revenue. Your approach to recruiting is strategic and sales-oriented, allowing you to effectively engage with top talent and position opportunities that resonate with them. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring a standout candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Experience in designing and executing creative sourcing strategies is a plus — you are comfortable using both traditional and innovative methods to build talent pipelines. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of the roles you are recruiting for and to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike. You are metrics-driven, able to track recruitment performance and pivot strategies as needed in a fast-evolving environment.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for Enterprise sales roles, actively hunting, engaging, and closing top performers who will contribute to our sales success. You will partner closely with Regional Directors and the VP of Enterprise NA, acting as a trusted advisor on all hiring matters. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates, managing multiple priorities with finesse, and ensuring a seamless interview process that reflects our high standards. You will track recruitment metrics and continuously learn from the process to improve outcomes.
At TripActions, we prioritize recruitment as a key growth strategy, and we offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and target incentive compensation. The pay range for this role is between $135,000 and $248,000 USD, depending on experience and performance. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
