Overview

CircleCI is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technical Success Manager to drive success and strategic growth for enterprise customers. You'll leverage your technical expertise in CI/CD and developer tooling to foster strong customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of customer success strategies and technical proficiency.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts. Your technical depth in CI/CD and developer tooling allows you to effectively communicate with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders. You thrive on solving complex business challenges at scale and have a proven track record of driving adoption and retention among enterprise clients. Your ability to develop deep customer partnerships positions you as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between customer goals and platform capabilities. You are adept at understanding unique business challenges and demonstrating how CircleCI can deliver measurable business impact. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.

Desirable

Experience in a consultative methodology that combines technical expertise with business acumen is a plus. Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles and the ability to achieve quantifiable outcomes for customers will set you apart. You are comfortable working with diverse industries and deployment models, adapting your approach to meet varying customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring that customers realize maximum value from CircleCI's platform. You will partner with engineering leaders to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how CircleCI can solve critical problems in their software delivery lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic growth plans for each account, driving adoption and expansion initiatives, and ensuring long-term retention of enterprise customers. You will leverage your technical proficiency to provide insights and recommendations that align with customer goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the Technical Success team. Your success will be measured by customer retention rates and net dollar retention metrics, reflecting your ability to deliver impactful outcomes for your clients.
