You have a strong background in finance, particularly in accounts receivables, with experience in resolving billing issues and managing customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include reconciling accounts receivables balances and addressing any financial discrepancies between Amazon and its customers. You will participate in creating and implementing standard operating procedures and process workflows to enhance efficiency in the finance operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Global Finance Operations team and other stakeholders to provide timely reports and updates on customer accounts and projects. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving monthly collection targets and improving the overall customer experience.
