What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments through effective follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls. You will research and analyze customer inquiries, resolving payment blockers to facilitate smooth transactions. Your responsibilities will include reconciling accounts receivables balances and addressing any financial discrepancies between Amazon and its customers. You will participate in creating and implementing standard operating procedures and process workflows to enhance efficiency in the finance operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Global Finance Operations team and other stakeholders to provide timely reports and updates on customer accounts and projects. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving monthly collection targets and improving the overall customer experience.
