What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Experience plus Devices Growth team, you will be responsible for designing and developing features that improve customer experiences across Microsoft 365 applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you create are reliable and meet customer needs. Your role will involve applying data-driven insights to inform your engineering decisions and iterating on features based on user feedback. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase, ensuring that best practices are followed. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
