Acumen is seeking a Data & Systems Lead to enhance its global Salesforce and connected data systems. You'll oversee architecture, integrations, and data governance while building a distributed data operations team. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
You are a bilingual professional with a strong background in data systems and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce and connected data systems. Your technical leadership skills enable you to oversee architecture, integrations, and data governance effectively. You have a proven track record of building and training teams, fostering long-term adoption and data excellence within organizations. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish allows you to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
You understand the importance of data governance and reporting, and you are passionate about leveraging data to drive organizational success. You have experience in building distributed teams and are skilled at enabling team members to excel in their roles. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor others and promote a culture of data excellence.
Experience with tools such as SurveyMonkey Apply and FormAssembly would be a plus, as would familiarity with data visualization platforms like Google Looker Studio. Your knowledge of various data management tools, including Airtable and Power BI, will enhance your ability to lead data operations effectively.
In your role as Data & Systems Lead at Acumen, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the organization's global Salesforce and connected data systems. You will oversee the architecture and integrations of these systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
