Job Description

Amazon's vision is to be the earth's most customer centric company. This role is for Amazon Pay's Insurance business. A successful candidate will launch the relevant selection, manage insurers including large private and public insurers, analyze metrics, and drive improvements. They will also work with cross-functional teams such as product manager(s), tech teams, marketing, analytics, finance, legal, and operations to deliver 360-degree results for the business.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, proven data analysis skills, demonstrated "voice" and content creation skills (i.e., strong writing skills), a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

Key job responsibilities
a) Manage the partner ecosystem of large insurers (private/public) to bring in relevant selection, negotiate margins, execute joint partnership initiatives and solve customer problems together.
b) Monitors and ensures price parity and selection parity across platforms
c) Define and continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience by collaborating with internal stakeholders like marketing, product, tech, operations, finance and external stakeholders such as insurers and aggregators
d) Deep dive on weekly/monthly business reviews to arrive at gaps and improvement opportunities
e) Owns end-to-end commission reconciliation with insurance partners and aggregators
f) Work with aggregator and insurers to track fetch and fill rates and help run weekly mechanisms to identify and fix MMV mismatches gaps- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 2+ years of generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycle experience
- 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business- Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programing experience
