What you'll do

As a Senior Analyst in the Demand Forecasting team, you will take ownership of several operationally critical forecasting tools and processes. You will manage and execute these tools at the rhythm required by the business, ensuring they are reliable and scalable. Your role will involve being the primary subject-matter expert for all inputs, outputs, tools, and process flows that impact your responsibilities. You will lead the response to questions, issues, and analysis requests related to your areas of expertise, collaborating closely with both the Forecasting team and other departments.

You will actively seek out and evaluate opportunities to improve business outcomes, efficiency, and strategy — this includes the integration of new data sources to enhance forecasting capabilities. Supporting new product launches and internal capability enhancements will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the tools you manage are aligned with business needs. You will interact cross-functionally with Supply Chain teams to ensure that forecasting aligns with operational requirements and contributes to overall efficiency.
