CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to conduct analyses and build predictive models to enhance data quality and insights. You'll work with Python and SQL, focusing on statistical modeling and data governance initiatives.
You have a proven track record in building statistical and predictive models — your expertise includes techniques such as Linear and Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting. You are proficient in Python and SQL, allowing you to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Your experience extends to classification and clustering models, including K-Means and DBSCAN, which you have applied in real-world scenarios. Knowledge of graph modeling and analysis, particularly with tools like Neo4j, is a significant asset that you bring to the table. You have participated in corporate data management projects, focusing on CRM and data governance, and you are familiar with generative AI techniques and modern data analysis methods. Your advanced English skills enable you to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
In this role, you will conduct studies and analyses to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in data records. You will build statistical and predictive models for inference, recommendation, and data enrichment, ensuring the highest quality of customer records through the development of Golden Record models. You will utilize graph techniques to uncover complex relationships and opportunities within the data, such as detecting links, clusters, and patterns among entities. Working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will applying data profiling, imputation, and enrichment techniques. You will collaborate with business and engineering teams to continuously improve data quality and support governance initiatives and Master Data Management (MDM) projects. Documenting methodologies, processes, and results in a clear and accessible manner will also be part of your role.
