DoorDash is seeking a Premium Resolution Partner to provide exceptional support to merchants. You'll manage complex escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for merchant needs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships.
You have a strong background in customer support or success, ideally with experience in managing escalations and resolving complex issues. You are detail-oriented and thrive in environments where you can advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with merchants through various channels such as phone, video calls, and email. You are excited about the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Owners and Product teams, to enhance the merchant experience. You understand the importance of empathy in customer interactions and are committed to providing a best-in-class support experience.
As a Premium Resolution Partner, you will own the end-to-end management of executive-level merchant escalations, ensuring that resolutions are swift, balanced, and empathetic. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop competency in core workflows and tools necessary for resolving critical merchant escalations. Your role will involve getting into the weeds of complex merchant problems, advocating for their needs, and ensuring that no stone is left unturned in finding solutions. You will interact with merchants through various channels, providing guidance and support as they navigate challenges. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role, as you will serve as the voice of the merchant within the organization.
