What you'll do

In this role, you will develop comprehensive community content strategies aligned with OKX's business goals. You will establish a structured content matrix that includes educational, event-driven, trending, and interactive topics. Your responsibilities will include creating a community content calendar that covers daily topics, market insights, trading highlights, and event promotions. You will plan and produce high-quality content based on platform campaigns, product updates, and market trends to boost engagement and retention. Regularly, you will maintain and update content templates and asset libraries to enhance user experience. You will also analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness and community interaction.
