You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes are executed efficiently and safely. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered accurately and on time, and you communicate effectively with customers when issues arise.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will oversee the execution of orders, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized. You will also be involved in training new team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the DashMart.
