Associate, HR Shared Services

Who you are

You have 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, particularly within the EMEA region. Your expertise in HR operations is complemented by a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to process adherence. You are a self-starter, intrinsically motivated to achieve desired results, and can function independently with minimal supervision. You are open to working in a 24x7 role and can thrive in an ambiguous environment, taking charge when necessary. Proficiency with ticketing tools is essential, and you have a proven track record of meeting HRSS performance parameters, particularly in case handling. Your ability to detail processes and suggest improvements is a key asset.

Desirable

Experience in data management tasks such as audits, reporting, and data entry/update will be beneficial. Familiarity with building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management is a plus. You are agile and adaptable, ready to learn and perform newly transitioned processes, ultimately gaining subject matter expertise in your respective departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a vital part in processing backend transactions related to general employee queries, benefits, payroll, and compensation. You will ensure that all relevant SLAs are met while delivering high-quality and consistent service to internal customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in data management tasks, such as audits and reporting, and maintaining accurate data entry and updates. You will assist in building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management, ensuring that all processes are documented and followed meticulously. Your role will require you to demonstrate high proficiency in agreed critical metrics and SLAs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR Shared Services team.
