You are an enthusiastic individual eager to learn about process intelligence technology and contribute to the success of global customer service programs. As an intern, you are ready to engage with various stakeholders and understand the technical and business requirements of the role. In this internship, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Professional Services Global Program team at Celonis. You will assist in driving the success of customer service programs that enhance the effectiveness of team members in their customer-facing roles. Your responsibilities will include contributing to communications, enablement initiatives, and early adopter programs related to Celonis' technical solutions. You will gain insights into the product launch and go-to-market journey, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts.
