Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in software development across various programming languages. Your background includes at least 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and you have spent at least 1 year focusing on software design and architecture. You may also hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, and you possess 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Your experience in a technical leadership role for at least 1 year is a plus, as is your familiarity with developing accessible technologies.

You are versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full-stack, demonstrating leadership qualities that help drive projects forward. You thrive in environments that require you to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Your technical expertise allows you to contribute to existing documentation and educational content, adapting it based on product updates and user feedback.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Google, you will work on projects that are critical to the company's needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business evolves.
