Workato is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and success. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from Workato's AI-powered platform. This role requires strong analytical abilities and a passion for technology.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally within the technology sector, and possess the analytical skills necessary to assess customer needs and drive satisfaction. Your passion for technology enables you to learn new solutions quickly and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver business value for customers. You are a self-motivated team player who thrives on making a significant impact beyond your current role. You appreciate the nuances of working in a diverse and multicultural environment and are adept at building consensus among various stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management tools. You may also have a background in project management or operations, which would enhance your ability to drive customer success initiatives effectively.
