What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Industries Solutions Architect team within Applied AI at Anthropic. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of frontier AI technologies among our clients, collaborating closely with the go-to-market organization. You will work directly with account executives to understand customer needs and ensure that our solutions align with their business objectives.

You will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects, providing them with the technical guidance and support they need to succeed. This includes establishing processes for scaling the team and ensuring that they are equipped to represent Anthropic effectively at strategic customer engagements. You will set goals for your team in collaboration with sales and other departments, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges. You will leverage your expertise to propose tailored AI solutions that address their needs, demonstrating the value of Anthropic’s products. You will also play a key role in developing training materials and resources to help your team communicate effectively with clients.
