Glovo is seeking a Brands Advertising Lead to lead the Brand Ads team, focusing on enhancing brand performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a strategic mindset.

You have a proven track record in leading advertising or marketing teams, with a focus on brand management and customer engagement. Your experience includes developing strategies that drive brand growth and improve performance metrics. You excel in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service. Desirable

Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector is a plus, as is familiarity with retail media advertising. You have a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to interpret data and make informed decisions that benefit both the brand and the customer. A background in digital marketing or advertising technology would also be advantageous, as it allows you to leverage innovative solutions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

What you'll do

As the Brands Advertising Lead at Glovo, you will spearhead the Brand Ads team, focusing on delivering tailored advertising solutions for our strategic CPG partners. Your primary mission will be to understand customer needs and work backwards to develop strategies that enhance brand performance. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of advertising initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands will be crucial, as you will act as their primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
